Fine Line and Finger Tattoo Waiver

I confirm the following:

I acknowledge that I am voluntarily requesting a tattoo on my body. I understand that tattoos are permanent and may require touch-ups to maintain their appearance.

I understand that fine line and finger tattoos may require touch-ups due to various factors such as skin type, healing process and the intricacy of the design. Touch-ups are typically recommended within 4-6 weeks after the initial tattoo session.

I agree to follow the aftercare instructions provided by the artist to ensure optimal healing and longevity of the tattoo.

I release the tattoo artist and Legacy Tattoo from any liability for adverse reactions or dissatisfaction with the tattoo.

Touch-ups on fingers, toes or similar areas will not be free due to the reasons listed above.
